CROSSFIT
It’s a key to health and fitness. It’s a lifestyle that is formulated through workouts, nutrition, and community. All play an important role to help you reach your goals. We use the best-in-class programming from CompTrain, that provides constant variation, functional movements, and high-intensity workouts. But most importantly, we partner this programming with the best coaches. With their knowledge and experience, they adjust the workout to accommodate any fitness level.
weightlifting
Whether it’s your primary focus or a supplement to your workouts, weightlifting is a critical piece to reaching your fitness goals. We offer the highly recognized programming from Invictus. In these classes, our coaches focus on form and technique, ensuring that you perform each lift correctly and safely.
foundations
Let’s be honest: CrossFit can be intimidating. But it is also designed for everyone. If you are new to CrossFit, our Foundations program will teach you the basics to set you up for success. This is a four-session program, where you’ll be one-on-one with a coach. They will run you through CrossFit workouts that have been simplified so that you can easily learn the basic movements. Don’t worry, there are no expectations of you to master these by the end. But you can expect to finish equipped with a strong foundation to take your fitness journey to the next step.
open gym
Maybe you have your own programming and just need the space and equipment. We get it! We want to help in anyway we can. You can use the facility during Open Gym hours for your own purposes.
private coaching
Just as every workout has a purpose, so does every athlete. Each of you has a unique goal to reach and our main objective is to help you get there. Our Private Coaching program is a great way to jump start that journey or even recalibrate. We offer several packages to choose from. These one-on-one coaching sessions will help identify your goals, your starting line, and the steps to take to finish. We’ll be with you the whole way.
Teen Program

camps
What’s more fun than camp? Nothing. We offer a number of youth camps throughout the year for kids and teens to experience CrossFit in a fun and safe way. We will announce the information on our social handles.
